Bar None Events Policies
Right to Refuse Service
Bar None Events is committed to providing a safe, respectful, and enjoyable experience for all guests. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason not prohibited by law. This includes, but is not limited to, refusal of service to underage individuals who cannot provide valid photo ID, visibly intoxicated guests, or guests who are behaving in a manner that is deemed inappropriate or unsafe.
Age Verification Policy
We strictly adhere to all local and state laws regarding alcohol consumption. All guests wishing to consume alcoholic beverages must be of legal drinking age and are required to present a valid photo ID. Acceptable forms of ID include a driver's license, passport, or state-issued ID card. No exceptions will be made to this policy.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change, and we strive to be as accommodating as possible. Our cancellation policy is as follows:
More than 30 days before the event: Clients who cancel more than 30 days before their scheduled event may be eligible for a partial refund of their deposit, minus any non-recoverable expenses incurred on behalf of the event planning.
Within 30 days of the event: Cancellations made within 30 days of the event date are non-refundable. The client will be responsible for 100% of the estimated cost as agreed upon in the contract.
We recommend that clients consider event insurance to mitigate potential losses due to unforeseen cancellations.
Modification of Services
Any requests to modify services (e.g., changing the event date, adjusting the number of guests, or altering the drink menu) must be made in writing and may be subject to additional charges. Modifications are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.
Liability and Safety
Bar None Events prioritizes the safety and well-being of our guests and staff. Our team is trained to serve responsibly and manage the bar area efficiently. We do not condone or allow excessive drinking and reserve the right to limit service to any guest as necessary. Bar None Events cannot be held liable for any incidents arising from the improper or illegal consumption of alcohol by event attendees.
Event Conduct
Clients and guests are expected to conduct themselves in a manner that is respectful to our staff, the venue, and other attendees. Any form of abusive behavior will not be tolerated, and individuals behaving inappropriately may be asked to leave the event.
By choosing Bar None Events for your event needs, you agree to abide by these policies. We thank you for your understanding and cooperation. Our aim is to provide exceptional service while ensuring a safe and enjoyable event for everyone involved.
